Very Good
The hotel has a strong customer service team. Assistant Manager. Mr. Azim, Supervisor Mr. Tamim and Moin, Room Attendant, Raihan did excellent job taking care of my family. Always ready to provide best cleaning service.
The staff at the reception could be friendly, we felt cold behavior at the reception.

Very Good
The supervisor Mahabub helped a lot during my stay and making it comfortable. Room boy raihan cleaned the room and his room service was really satisfactory. Assistant manager azim was very helpful. His communication was really nice. Overall the location is great around 10 min walk , comfort of the hotel is good .
